The staff was excellent, the room was reasonably spacious, everything was excellent. The location was great and awesome, adjacent to New Zealand as well as the Remarkeables shopping centre for restaurants and supermarkets, in a local area. Plus it was max 0 mins walk to the lake.

Stayed in a newly built penthouse apartment for 11 days with my family. Impressed by the spaciousness of the apartment and modern decor. The Kawarau area had all the necessary amenities, with good restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had great heating facilities including electric blankets and gas fireplaces.
Unfortunately the limited and complicated car parking was a disadvantage.

The luxurious and comfortable apartment here was perfect for my stay. It had everything I needed, from a stylish design to excellent amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was absolutely the best I've ever experienced. In addition, the location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and a shuttle bus available. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and convenient location.

Great location with stunning views. Spacious and cozy apartment, perfect for an older couple. Easy access to shops, restaurants, and central Queenstown. Clean, comfortable, and homey feel. Enjoyable bar and restaurant within the property.

Enjoyed the stay at the apartment. The view was breathtaking, and the location was convenient. We appreciated the spacious and modern three-bedroom penthouse with well-appointed rooms. Complimentary parking was available, but sometimes we had to park far away. We loved the well-furnished and comfortable living room, and the kitchen facilities provided all the essentials. The bathrooms were neat and clean and had good showers.
A few areas of the apartment lacked thorough cleaning, such as dirty cutlery and dusty windowsills. The faulty ceramic cooktop was a minor inconvenience, and some duvet covers had small stains on them.

Our stay at the Village was fantastic. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. We loved the layout of the apartment, especially the ensuite bathrooms in each bedroom. The location was perfect, close to the airport and where we wanted to be. The resident manager was friendly and helpful, always just a phone call away. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Queenstown.

We had a great time here. The staff were helpful and responsive, fixing any issues we had quickly. Parking was easy to find, and the hotel facilities were clean and well kept. We appreciated the location of this hotel, away from the crowded city, while still being close to restaurants and supermarkets. The walking/cycling track nearby was a great way to enjoy the beautiful lake scenery.
For us, it was perfect.
